What is so neat about this location is that it was built in the 16th century as a mansion home
-In 1737 the Count and Countess of Orizaba ordered the renovation of their home and the placement of the tiles.
-From 1881 it functioned as a private men's club.
-In 1917 it was converted into a drug store and soda fountain which eventually evolved into Sanborn's, a chain of restaurants and department stores, which is what it is today.

Awesome pictures!!! Glad you, at least, liked the building!!!! jk
OK! Then you guys narrow it down to the top three restaurants and you can choose the food when we come to visit you!!!!
Well you guys at least have to go there when you come down here since you enjoy it. I don't know if you'll find it has gone downhill since you were last here but if it hasn't (and Kris and I are just food snobs) then at least you and Brandon will be able to eat your fill of Sanborn's! We have several great places to eat...stay tuned because I have pictures coming of some of those.
Ok the food was gross, but your boys are hilarious. If you are there for a few more years we will come visit you. We sure missed sibling time with Kris at Erin's wedding.
